Connect your data sources
Play works best when it has access to your real data. Connect the tools, files, and sources Play needs to get the job done, and it can work with actual information instead of placeholders.
Integrations
Play connects to the tools your team already usesβSlack, Google Sheets, Stripe, Notion, HubSpot, and many more. When you connect an integration, Play can read, write, and take actions in those tools.
Type / in any chat to browse available integrations and connect one.
Examples
"Pull revenue data from
/stripe" β Play accesses your Stripe account."Create a page in
/notionwith these notes" β Play writes to your Notion workspace."Search
/gmailfor emails from this client" β Play reads your inbox.
Upload files
Upload CSVs, spreadsheets, or documents and ask Play to build around them. Your data becomes part of the workspace.
Example: "Here's a CSV of my inventory. Build an app that lets me search and filter these products."
Use existing apps and collections
If you've already built apps or created collections in Play, reference them in new requests:
"Use the customer list from my Contacts app"
"Add this data to the Projects collection"
Connect your data sources early in the conversation. Play can build with real information from the start, reducing the need for revisions later.
