Billing & invoices

Play billing is handled through Stripe. All payment processing is secure and PCI-compliant.

Payment methods

Pay by credit card. Enterprise customers can discuss alternative payment arrangements with their account manager.

Billing cycle

• Monthly plans — Billed on the same date each month

• Annual plans — Billed once per year, locked for the full term

Invoices

PDF invoices are available for every charge. Access them from the Billing section on the Usage page in Settings.

Each invoice includes:

• Plan charges

• PAYG credit usage (if applicable)

• Credit pack purchases

• Infrastructure top-ups

• Seat additions

Phase A billing

All individual plans within the same organization are billed to the org creator/admin. One invoice, one payment method. This means if you're the admin, you see all charges consolidated.

Email notifications

You'll receive email notifications for:

• Successful payments

• Failed payment attempts

• Plan changes

• Invoice availability
