Legend includes one free Pro seat that you can give to someone in your organization.
How it works: You assign the seat to one person by inviting them. That person gets a full Pro account at no cost.
What the recipient gets
The recipient gets everything included in Pro:
1x credit multiplier
5,000 database rows
500 knowledge pages
5 GB storage
Unlimited apps
The recipient knows they are on a gifted seat.
What happens if you downgrade from Legend
If you downgrade from Legend to a lower plan, the recipient is notified and prompted to upgrade to a paid plan to keep Pro access.
If they do not upgrade, their account transitions accordingly.
Important details
The free Pro seat is assigned permanently to one person.
You cannot reassign it to a different person later.
