Your workspace is the single environment where your entire team operates in Play. Everything lives here: apps, AI co-workers, data, knowledge, chats, tasks, and integrations.
What's inside

Workspace-level resources
These are accessed via the Assets dropdown on your Home page:
Integrations - All connected third-party tools
Collections - Your data storage (tables and records)
Storage - File storage usage
Who can access what
Admins - Full workspace control. Member management, billing, settings.
Members - Can build apps, create co-workers, manage data, and use all features.
Viewers - Can view shared apps for up to 30 days (free users).
Access to individual apps can be scoped further with Editor/Viewer roles and group-based permissions.
