What counts toward limits

  • Database rows - Total records across all your collections and tables

  • Knowledge pages - Total files across Organization, Teams, and My Knowledge

  • Storage - Files, attachments, and media uploaded to your workspace

  • Active apps - Apps currently accessible in your workspace (Free plan only)

Approaching your limit

Play shows your current usage on the Usage page in Settings. If you're approaching a limit, you can:

  1. Upgrade your plan for higher base limits

  2. Purchase top-ups with credits for specific resources

  3. Clean up unused data, knowledge files, or stored files
