Credit add-on packs
Credit add-on packs let you buy extra credits on top of your plan when you need more usage capacity.
How add-on packs work
Add-on pack credits are added to your balance on top of your plan's included allocation. They do not expire at the end of a billing cycle.
Use add-on packs when you know you will need additional credits and want to purchase them upfront.
How to purchase
Go to the Usage page in Settings. Credit packs are available inline. Select the pack that fits your needs and confirm the purchase.
When to use add-on packs
Planned extra usage - You know a larger project or rollout is coming.
Upfront budget control - You want to buy additional usage in advance instead of relying on automatic overage billing.
More credits without changing plans - Your current plan is a good fit overall, but you need extra credits for a period of time.

Add-on packs add extra credits to your balance.
Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) automatically purchases additional credits as you go beyond your included allocation.
Infrastructure top-ups add recurring capacity for rows, knowledge pages, or storage.
When to upgrade instead
If you are regularly running into multiple plan limits or need the features of a higher tier, upgrading is usually better than relying on extra usage. See Upgrading your plan.
