Downgrading your plan

Downgrade your plan from the Usage page in Settings when you want to move to a lower tier at the end of your current billing cycle.

What happens when you downgrade

Downgrades are staged. Your current plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for.

You keep your current plan benefits until the downgrade date shown in the confirmation message.

What happens to your data and limits

Downgrading does not delete your existing data. If your current usage is above the limits of the lower plan, your data stays in place.

After the downgrade takes effect, you can still access what is already in your workspace, but you cannot add new data while you remain over the new plan limits.

To get back within limits, you can reduce usage or add extra capacity through Infrastructure top-ups.

Annual plans

Annual billing is locked for the full year. You cannot switch an annual plan to monthly in the middle of the term, and there are no mid-cycle refunds.

Before you downgrade

  • Check your current rows, knowledge pages, and storage on the Usage dashboard.

  • Compare the lower plan limits in Plans overview.

  • If you only need to reduce costs for a short period, confirm whether changing plans is better than keeping your current tier and adjusting usage.
