Switching from Individual to Team

If you started on an individual plan and want to move to a Team plan, the transition is straightforward.

What happens

• Data carries over. All your apps, collections, knowledge, co-workers, and chats move to the team workspace.

• Billing is prorated. You pay the difference for the remaining time in your current billing cycle.

• Minimum members apply. Team plans require a minimum of 3 members.

How to switch

Go to the Usage page in Settings and select the Team plan option. Follow the prompts to configure your team size and billing.

After switching

• You become the team admin

• Invite team members from the sharing panel or workspace settings

• Shared credits become available across all team members

• Multiplayer building is enabled
